剧情介绍
This frankly racist comedy short, made at the height of the Yellow Peril fears of the 1930's, follow the efforts of two inept bank guards to find a Chinese man with a wooden leg who, they believe, as kidnapped a prominent scientist. When they locate Dr. Wong, an evil Fu Manchu-type intent on gaining world power, they are able to rescue Professor Millstone and help his lovely daughter escape while destroying the Frankenstein-like monster that Wong has created
Playboy Jonathan Blair wakes up after a night on the town to find that Texan Valentine Ransome has escorted him home. Val is attracted to Jonathan but, finding that his life is aimless and his family shipping company almost bankrupt, she decides to reform him first and marry him later. Aiding her is Jonathan's unctuous butler, Butch; in her way is his fiancée, ditzy actress Carol.

American showgirl Suzy is in London in 1914. She loves Irish inventor Terry who works for an engineering firm owned by a German woman. After their marriage Terry is murdered and Suzy flees to Paris where she meets flyer Andre as war is breaking out.
